Illustration with sample data.
Your store shouldn't feel like a second job.
Between order dashboards, inventory reports, and yet another app — by the time something needs your attention, it's already buried.
Too many dashboards
Orders in one tab, inventory in another, a marketing app somewhere else. Nothing talks to anything else, so you're the one stitching it all together.
Signals get missed
A best-seller quietly goes out of stock. A cohort of good customers stops ordering. By the time a weekly report flags it, the revenue is already gone.
Too much manual work
Building a win-back discount, checking who's gone quiet, setting a restock watch — all things you know you should do, and rarely have an hour for.
An operations manager that reports first.
Shoprithm connects to your store and keeps watch — it tells you what's happening, helps you find out why, and lines up what to do next.
- Reads your actual order, customer, and inventory data — not a generic template
- Answers in plain English, with every number calculated from your store's data — never estimated
- Proposes real actions, and only runs them once you approve
In your digest

You asked
"Which customers spent the most this quarter?"
You approved
15% win-back code created for those 38 customers.

Get told when a sold-out variant is back in stock — by email, or Slack on Pro. Pick several at once, or watch a whole stock list.
Ask why revenue fell or why customers stopped coming back. Get a step-by-step diagnosis, with the evidence behind it.
Percentage, fixed-amount, buy-X-get-Y and free-shipping codes — proposed first, created only when you approve.
Revenue, best and slowest sellers, top customers, refunds, stock, single orders — ask in plain English, then follow up.
Every conversation is saved and searchable, and recent activity shows what ran and whether it worked.

No to both. It's a standard Shopify app install: approve the permissions and it starts syncing. Shoprithm reads your data through Shopify's own APIs, and it doesn't touch your theme or get in the way of your other apps.
Only two things, and only after you confirm: it creates discount codes (percentage off, fixed amount, buy-X-get-Y, free shipping, and win-back codes for customers who've gone quiet), and it sets restock watches. Every proposal and outcome is logged, and a daily cap limits how much discount value can be created. Actions need Starter or above.
At 8:00 in your store's timezone by default; you can pick another time in Settings. For the digest, restock alerts and alert-rule notifications, you switch email and Slack on or off separately. Slack needs Pro, and alert-rule notifications are email only. With everything off, your digest and alerts still show up in the app.
Your synced store data is kept in our own database. Customer email addresses and a connected Slack webhook are encrypted there, and every connection to the app uses HTTPS. To phrase answers and summaries in plain language, Shoprithm uses a third-party AI provider (currently Groq). The AI can't create, change or delete anything in your store. Full details are in our privacy policy.
When you uninstall Shoprithm, we delete all data associated with your store from our systems, and we honor Shopify's data-erasure requests as well.
